Lightning

The Lightning Detector is a BOLTEK using NexStorm program V1.7, the map is centered on the LMDSRO site.

During times of Lightning inactivity uploading the image will be reduced in frequency. Presently uploading every 5 Minutes.

If the image doesn't completely load just refresh the screen (F5 Key) until a full image is visible, sometimes the image can be uploading at the same time as other systems are uploading to the server.


If the Java App' doesn't display a map in Mozilla try opening the page with Internet Explorer, Java must be installed and enabled for you to see the map, select either the 30 or 60 minute buttons and click on Run to watch animated strikes up to 60 minutes ago.
